1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not advised, as discoloration will occur due to the cleaning agents used in automatic dishwasher detergent. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan.
3. Nylon, wood, or silicone utensils are recommended. Metal utensils and scouring pads may scratch natural aluminum pans, but will not affect baking performance.
4. Aluminum is reactive to acidic ingredients such as vinegar and tomato products. These foods may darken, pit or corrode the pan after prolonged use.
5. Always use oven mitts when handling a hot pan.
6. Safe for direct use on grill top too.

I Just bought my second 1/8 aluminum sheet pan. I have a Name brand toasted oven. If you live alone these are the perfect solution for cooking different dishes at different times. They clean easy and fit in my oven separately or side by side. I got them at World Market but now I found the website and will be back soon!

These trays were exactly what my husband wanted, they were to replace an ancient broiler pan and these are the perfect size for two pieces of toast and make a sweet little presentation tray as well as being handy for prep work!

These sheet pans in this size are wonderful and serve lots of uses in my kitchen. My only issue is that your company has failed to created a cooling/baking rack sized to fit these pans. The ones presently on the market from other manufacturers are either too long or too wide or too narrow leaving about a 1/2 inch space along the long edge. I have make this request in several other site reviews.

Great tray for food prep, fits my Power Air Frier perfectly, and best of all my son says it will fit the small convection oven in the C130 the Air Force crews use to heat food on long flights. Great product and well made.

I use all of my Nordicware Baking and Cooking Products on a daily basis. The recent purchase of the 1/8 burger pans which are the same dimensions and cheaper as the “1/8 Sheet Pans,” are used in my Power Air Fryer as they slip in and out on the Airfryer Rungs with ease. Air Fryer comes with 3-wire mesh screens and I use the Nordicware when I want to keep the juices or add some marinade to my meats, veggies! It Works Great. I bought an extra set for my lady-friend who just purchased an Air Fryer for her and her husband. Thanks Again Nordicware, your items are a little pricey, however, they are top quality and well made.
