Use & Care
1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

Ability: ExperiencedThis pan makes the most perfect and beautiful cake. I had half dozen of family and friends asking me what I used to bake it as soon as I shared a picture of the cake. I also had a top-notch customer service experience with this order. The packaged was badly damaged by the carrier, causing some dents in other items included in the order (items made of 100% aluminum). NW promptly sent me new items without even asking me to return the damaged ones. Great company. Looking forward to order more and more.
