Directions:
1. In a small bowl, lightly beat 2-4 eggs and 2 Tbsp of water or milk. Pour mixture into Omelet pan, dividing equally between 2 sides.
2. Place open pan in microwave, and cook for 2 minutes; or until eggs are partially set. Stir from outside to inside. Place desired toppings on each half, and continue to cook until eggs are set; 1.5 minutes.
3. Fold Pan in half so 2 sides for a whole omelet. Open pan and gently slide omelet onto serving plate.

Care:
1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Top rack dishwasher safe.
3. Not for oven or stovetop use.

Nordicware is the best bycfar. I find it sturdy, food cooks well and cleanup is easy. I would not buy any other procuct.

I never could make an omelet that looked good. The omelet pan works perfect every time. Make me look like a breakfast chef.

Nice to use. If you follow directions, eggs do not stick. Making an omlet is quick and easy.

What a convenient product!!
I have had my omelet maker for more than 10 years. I use it for omelets, cooking a small portion of veggies by adding a little water to steam, and warming leftovers. It is quick, space saving, goes from microwave to the refrigerator and more. Now I am purchasing for my married grands, daughter and friends. That will provide a convenient way to eat healthy.

I’ve got to say, I’ve been using several products from this company and they are all great! I love this one in peticular, I have my own recipe for an omelet and this allows me to make it perfect! I actually prefer using this with the microwave to the standard skillet method. Not only does it taste better but the eggs are not all dried out like most everyone thinks eggs are supposed to be cooked! Eggs are not supposed to be dry people… Nordic ware allows you to make awesome eggs perfect. Buy thier products you will be impressed! If I could I would be a spokes person for their awesome products. Maybe I can get sponsored one day from my favorite company!

My husband & I love omelets, so when I saw some of these in a store, I could not stop myself from buying a pair. And when I make omelets, my husband is always thrilled to have an omelet for dinner.
Now I am thinking of buying some for our family members. That will be about 14 of them. That is not to bad a buy.

PS I have had mine a long time.

I have been using this product every day for, I don’t know, could be over five years. The surface is not a smooth as it once was, still performs well and releases the omelet well, but mine has become a little pitted and a little Pam helps.

I work construction and do not have access to outside foods. I hated stopping at a fast food place prior to work and buy a couple of breakfast sandwich for break time a couple of hours later.
We do have microwave ovens at most sites so I though I would give this a go. Oh my….so much better than a fast food sandwich and way less carbs!
I highly recommend this for a thoughtful gift that is easy on the wallet.
Get one yourself but if I was you I would get two. People will beg to try it and I have had one “walk” lol

I use this primarily at my trailer since I don’t want to heat up the interior unnecessarily. I had to fiddle with the cooking times but once I had that figured out it was plain sailing! I cook 2 eggs for 1 minute, mix up the less cooked centre outwards, put in the toppings, cook another minute and voilà, a delicious omelette and a cool kitchen ????

I’ve had this product for several years and has not failed us yet I don’t use on a regular basis but love making this omelette because you put in what you want the new one needs time different ingredients for a nice product

I never liked omelets before I bought this little pan! I love making them and trying new ingredients

I am not an omelet maker but this little pan has made it easy!! I never ate anything but hard boiled eggs until I tried this. I fill it with veggies and meat that I like and it is so good and easy! Cleans up easy also 🙂
