Product Details
Construction
Made from pure, uncoated natural aluminum, the Nordic Ware Prism Jelly Roll Pan heats efficiently for even baking and roasting. Its rust-resistant aluminum construction is suited for everyday use, while encapsulated galvanized steel rims reinforce the edges and help prevent warping. The pan has no applied nonstick coating and works well with parchment paper, silicone baking mats, or traditional baking methods.
Performance
The natural aluminum surface distributes heat across the pan for consistent browning and baking. The embossed Prism pattern encourages airflow around food, supporting crisp edges and evenly browned results. Use this jelly roll pan for cookies, sheet cakes, pastries, roasted vegetables, fries, and other recipes that benefit from a shallow baking surface.
Design
A textured Prism grid covers the baking surface, adding structural strength while creating channels for increased airflow. The embossed pattern is designed to support even browning and crisping, giving the pan a functional surface that goes beyond a traditional flat baking sheet.
Size and Versatility
Slightly smaller than a standard half sheet, this jelly roll pan is suited for European-sized ovens and compact baking spaces. Its shallow sides help contain doughs, batters, and roasted foods while making it useful for cookies, jelly rolls, sheet cakes, pastries, appetizers, and everyday roasting.
Care Instructions
Oven safe up to 500 F (260 C). Hand wash recommended. For easier food release, use parchment paper, a silicone baking mat, or traditional butter or shortening and flour methods. Metal utensils and scouring pads may scratch natural aluminum but will not affect baking performance.

Use & Care
1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Dishwasher use is not advised, as discoloration will occur due to the cleaning agents used in automatic dishwasher detergent. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan.
2. Natural aluminum pans work well with parchment paper, silicone baking mats, and also traditional butter or
shortening and flour methods. When roasting savory foods such as vegetables, butter or cooking oil work well.
3. Nylon, wood, or silicone utensils are recommended. Metal utensils and scouring pads may scratch natural aluminum pans, but will not affect baking performance.
3. Aluminum is reactive to acidic ingredients such as vinegar and tomato products. These foods may darken,
pit or corrode the pan after prolonged use.
