Use & Care

1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating and may dull the exterior of your pan.
3. Use moderate heat to obtain the most effective heating properties. Excessive heat can be damaging to the pan and stovetop.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.
5. Never allow cookware to boil dry or leave an empty pan on a hot burner unattended. These will both cause damage to the pans cooking properties.
6. While not necessary, cooking with butter or oil will improve performance and taste of food.

    Delighted to discover my wok works on my new induction range. Nice handles don’t get hot. Excellent warranty service when finish started to peel I was sent a new replacement. Would recommend.

    Introduced to Nordicware thru’ a purchase @ Costco, set of Baking sheets; never looked back! Costco vets it’s suppliers thoroughly before introducing it to us members. The 14″ wok is impressive, solid and I expect it to last a long time! Easier to cleanup and maintain than my traditional cast iron wok. Best of all It’s Made In America!!

    This pan is garbage. We’ve barely used it and the coating is peeling off in tiny bubbles at bottom of pan and around lip. Poorest quality of any nonstick I’ve used in decades.

    Great customer service

    Label indicates induction compatible but won’t work on the induction cooktop! Frustrated

    It shows as an induction pan on the label, but won’t heat up on my stove… Bummer…

    I bought this wok from a retail outlet and it had a black coating on the cooking surface. This coating started peeling off the first time I used the wok. I complained to Nordic Ware and the promptly sent out a replacement wok that doesn’t have the coating. I haven’t used it yet, but it’s easy to see and feel the quality. I love buying American made products and I love the customer service I got with Nordic Ware!

    I have a professional range that has 26K BTU burners, and this wok handles the high heat great!
    I’ve had other non-stick pans and woks that break down with half that heat. Using plastic or wood utensils, I have no scratches, just a nice brown “season’ to the bottom of the bowl. Inside cleans easily, but outside can get oil stains that will need scrubbing.

    i bought many woks in my life after watching yan can cook in the 90’s and all of them are in the trash now this one is the best one i have found and its made in usa i use it once a week for the last 5 years got mine a costco for $40
