1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

I have used my Charlotte Cake Pan and it makes a lovely presentation. I baked a half recipe of a delicious white chocolate cake and I made a half recipe of chocolate pastry cream for the filling. My family voted it excellent so I will make again for my book club meeting. The Key Lime Charlotte Cake is on my future bake list.

The cakes I have made with this pan have been a hit. Perfect size for a small luncheon. Bakes evenly. Glad I splurged a little and added to my order.

This pan makes the most perfect and beautiful cake. I had half dozen of family and friends asking me what I used to bake it as soon as I shared a picture of the cake.
I also had a top-notch customer service experience with this order. The packaged was badly damaged by the carrier, causing some dents in other items included in the order (items made of 100% aluminum). NW promptly sent me new items without even asking me to return the damaged ones. Great company. Looking forward to order more and more.

Like all nordicware products, it is a well made product and am looking forward to long term use, as I’m sure it will deliver like all other cake pans from Nordicware, I own.
