1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces

Love this pan! Use Pam spray with flour – comes out perfectly every time – and I’ve used it multiple times. Much better than t he grease and flour method.

I love the look of this pan and cake, however my cake sticks every time. I see this says non stick, I find that hard to believe. The want to love this pan but I just can’t because of the sticking.

I adore this pan. I use brushed butter and a dust of flour to prep this pan. I knock the excess flour out and put my batter in a little at a time, giving the pan a good tap against a wooden cutting board to get rid of air pockets. The cake comes out cleanly and *beautifully*. I really want the smaller size of this bundt now – maybe I’ll make a brilliance layer cake? mmmmmmmmmm

Excellence Enough Said

This pan yields a beautiful cake, only if your grease and flour it thoroughly. I heavily sprayed this pan and my cake got stuck; I remember this happening before, problem is if you use the shortening and flour method for those tight nooks and crannies, you run the risk of having to scrape off residue from an otherwise stunning cake.

I love this pan. I wish it had a 12 cup capacity. I Always have left over batter even thou the recipe call for a 10 cup pan.

This pan is incredible and makes a beautiful cake! Received one of these for my birthday and made a Caramel Cake yesterday. The pan offers even cooking as well as an incredible release!! So happy to add this to my Nordic Ware collection.

This pan makes the most beautiful cakes, as does all the other Nordic Ware Bundt pans I own…The Brilliant is one of my favorites, so unusual…Clean up is so easy…I was told how much trouble it was going to be…NOT….clean up WOW…hot water with sprayer nearly gets it all…a little soap and dish rag let it air dry..and beautiful cake to boot..

I couldn’t wait to use my newest Brilliance Bundt cake pan. This is the 10th pan I have from Nordic Ware and I see more in my future. These pans are exquisitely detailed and release perfectly. Who doesn’t like rave reviews on a beautiful cake? Plus, they are made in my home state of Minnesota which I quite like. I will be buying more of these pans.

I’ve only used once but my pound cake came out great! No sticking, even baking, and the mold was beautiful! Bravo!

I received my pan and used it the same day. It was smaller than I expected and I had a lot of batter left over. The cake release was wonderful! I will use it a lot.

I was worried that the ribs on top would not want to come out, but I have had no issues with demolding the cakes from this pan.

I bake a different pound cake for my mom who has a serious sweet tooth and my sister every Sunday that I share with my mom’s girlfriends who visit regularly. We have several bundt/pound cake pans that I use regularly but I kept eyeing the Brilliant pan for a couple of months & finally purchased one in August. I used the Brilliant pan to make a cake for a co-worker’s birthday and everyone was wowed about it. I love all of my pans, but this one really makes a great presentation. This is a 10-cup pan; I wish Nordic Ware would make a 10-15 cup size cause I do have cake recipes for that size pan!

I own dozens of Nordicware bundt molds & have about 35 or more different cake/cupcake/mini molds, 30 of them Nordicware. Every time i think im done with my collection, Nordicware comes out with another ‘must have? item. The Brilliance cak pan is by far the most stunning piece. While i just finished using the Charlotte pan, to rave reviews, i cant wait to make a stunning creation with the brilliance pan.

I could not believe all those ridges would come out of the pan intact. They did! These pans teamed with that flour with oil spray perform magic. Baker’s Joy is what I have used and it has worked every time.

This is a beautiful pan, but the picture does not adequately show how small it really is. I was disappointed in the size. For my normal recipe that fits into the regular sized bundt, I had enough batter left over for the small bundt pan, plus more. As a result of the small size, the cake was over cooked with crispy edges. There should be a warning about temp and cook time.

This pan makes a beautiful cake, & cleans up nicely. I spray with Baker’s Joy and after 10 minutes cooling, my cake pops right out of the pan and displays beautifully!
