Use & Care

1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not advised, as discoloration will occur due to the cleaning agents used in automatic dishwasher detergent. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan.
3. Natural aluminum pans work well with parchment paper, silicone baking mats, and also traditional butter or shortening and flour methods. When roasting savory foods such as vegetables, butter or cooking oil work well.
4. Nylon, wood, or silicone utensils are recommended. Metal utensils and scouring pads may scratch natural aluminum pans, but will not affect baking performance.
5. Aluminum is reactive to acidic ingredients such as vinegar and tomato products. These foods may darken, pit or corrode the pan after prolonged use.

    Very happy with the quality!

    This was a gift for my adult son for Christmas in response to a request. He is very happy with it…I chose this pan as it doesn’t have the “pleated corners.” This will be much easier to keep clean and he wanted a good basic 8×8 pan.

    So glad I bought this pan. It’s a must have for brownie mixes that never quite fill other square baking pans. Now my brownies are squares of perfection! Thank you Nordicware

    Love my new pan! My old all-aluminum pan disappeared a long time ago, so I finally decided to get a new one. I didn’t want one that was non-stick coated as they seem to get damaged before very many uses.
    This pan is exactly what I wanted–and needed!

    NordicWare makes the best pans I have ever baked with! I tried one and threw out all my old pans and bought all new ones from them. Everything comes out absolutely perfect. I have been using their products for years and I just bought my daughter a set of her own pans since she just got married. Love everything they make here in America! Wonderful!
