Grilled Salmon with Lemon and Dill

- 1 1/ 2 pound salmon fillet
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped, plus sprigs for garnsih
- Kosher salt and pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges (optional)
Lightly oil multi cooker. Brush salmon with olive oil and place in vented half of pan. Sprinkle fish with dill, and season with salt and pepper. Arrange lemon slices on top of fish. Grill over medium heat with lid closed until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 15 minutes (grilling time will vary depending on the thickness of the fish). Serve garnished with dill sprigs and lemon wedges, if desired.
