Curry Spiced Popcorn

- 1/ 2 cup kernels
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- Curry Spice Topping:
- 1/ 4 cup coconut oil
- 2-4 tablespoons curry powder (add more based on preference)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon(Add more based on preference)
- 1-2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt (Add more to taste)
Make popcorn by adding kernels and coconut oil to Nordic Ware Popcorn Popper and microwave until ready (or use other method of making popcorn). In a sauce pan, add ¼ cup of coconut oil and add curry, cinnamon, sugar and salt until fully incorporated. Pour over ready-made popcorn and stir until fully coated.
*Add more curry powder and salt to taste on top
