These gluten free and grain-free almond waffles will be your new go-to brunch recipe! Simple flavors that partner with a variety of toppings, such as whipped mascarpone cheese and kiwi. Made in our amazing Belgian Waffler.

  • Ingredients
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/4 cup almond milk or milk of choice
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
    • 1/4 cup tapioca starch
    • 1/2 Tbsp butter, melted
    • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
    • Mascarpone cheese
    • Maple syrup
  • Directions

      Preheat both halves of Belgian Waffler on medium high heat. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, almond milk, vanilla extract, salt and sugar until all combined. Add the almond flour and tapioca starch until it turns into a smooth batter.

      Brush butter on both sides of waffler. Pour batter into center of waffler and close top half. Cook each side for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. When ready, remove waffle with spatula and repeat with remaining batter. Serve immediately with whipped mascarpone cheese, kiwi slices and warm maple syrup.
