This bundt pan rocks! Cakes come out perfect (if sprayed with flour and butter cooking spray). I’ve made a chocolate gingerbread cake & red velvet cake. Simply beautiful presentation.

I have made both Apple and chocolate cakes and they both came out easily. I grease with veg oil and then dust with flour or cocoa. The baking is even. Cleaning does require a little extra time compared to a straight pan, but overall not too much. The design shows up well after the cake has been removed from the pan.

I love nordicware and I have several pans. This one has given me trouble removing cakes no matter how I prepare the pan. It makes the cake fall apart during removal.

We (daughters and myself) were excited to get this Bundt pan but fell short the 2 times we used it. Only got the design of the top 2 row of star pattern. The third layer raised like normal Bundts and did not get the star design. Probably won’t use this pan as much as our other. Bundt pans. It is made well like all our other pans.

I have used this pan multiple times, but my favorite use for it is for a Southern Living port wine layered congealed cherry salad (Christmas Ribbon Salad) at Christmas. It releases the salad perfectly every time and it looks like a jewel on the holiday table.

I LOVE my star bundt pan. Perfect cakes everytime, huge size and the pan is SO easy to clean. Would always recommend this pan for someone who wants a unique looking cake.
