1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating on your pan.
3. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.
4. Pan is safe to 400° F (205° C). 5. Always use oven mitts to handle a hot pan.

Although I love Nordic Ware, I have to say that the muffin tin that I bought could have made the cups a little deeper. Other than that I love my Nordic Ware products that I have.
