1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Preheat griddle over medium heat and brush with unsalted vegetable shortening or oil before each use.
3. Pour 2 Tbsp batter into each cavity and cook until the center bubbles and the edges become golden brown.
4. Flip each pancake with a non-metal utensil, and continue cooking until toothpick inserted in center of pancakes comes out clean. We recommend wooden skewers or chopsticks, a small silicone spatula or a plastic fork for flipping.

It’s great to have a stack of pancakes all cooked at the same time!

I can tell you without even using this new pan that this is a good product. I know because I inherited one of the original pans from my Great Aunt several years ago. I have no idea how long she used it, but know she used it frequently, as I did after it came to me. Unfortunately, as is the case with such items, it “died” after many good years of service, which is what lead me to purchasing the one I now have. Things have been a bit busy here since the pan arrived and I haven’t had time to use it. Have plans to “christen” it this weekend; just wish our kids could be here for that as we all love the silver dollar pancakes, especially when I add blueberries. I have so many Nordic products all of which were inherited from my Gran and mother. Have never considered purchasing any other brand. Keep up the good work.

I’ve most recently purchased the dollar pancake pan and was happy with the item. It is light weight which really isn’t a concern which makes its easy for handling purposes. As always I’m extremely pleased with products I’ve bought from Nordic Ware. I would highly recommend this and any of their products.

Have just purchased the pancake pan along with a number of others pans and bundt Tins I am over the moon, the craftsmanship and quality is incredible I live in the uk and we cannot get them here , some maybe but usually on auction sites at ridiculous prices it was worth it to pay the shipping charges ,to have my own I cannot wait to start using them ,thankyou ????
