1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

I use this pan for my persian love cake recipe, and every time I’m impressed at how wonderful the cake turns out.. you see every detail. Just make sure you butter and flour the pan with precision.. I spend 30 minutes on it, and let the cake cool completely in the pan, but that could vary depending on the recipe you use.

I love this pan, I bought it last Christmas and I baked a banana walnut cake that turned out perfect and came out effortlessly. Friends and family liked the retro vibe of the pan. It’s my first NW pan and I hope to add another one to my collection soon.
