Use & Care

1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating on your pan.
3. Before each use, brush with solid vegetable shortening and dust with flour or cocoa, or use baking spray with flour in it.
4. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than ¾ full to avoid overflow.
5. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

    Beautiful, beautiful pan I love the classic design. I love the handles on the pan it makes it so easy to handle. I would love it if more pans had this feature. Cake released beautifully from and pan and clean up was so easy.

    After returning two of these to Amazon because of numerous burrs and dents in the pans, I ordered one from the Nordic Ware website. It is perfect; I absolutely love it. I used Baker’s Joy on it. Cakes come out easily; non-stick. This is the quality I look for in Nordic Ware products. It totally met my expectations.

    Disappointed. Wanted to buy a Bundt pan for a long time and was excited when it arrived. But after looking inside found little scratches and burrs that hopefully won’t impact performance but ruined experience of my first purchase.

    Minor imperfections in the surface of the coating or color are considered normal. The good news is your pan is fine.
    These imperfections will never change, they will not affect the cakes, and your pan will perform perfectly.

    My old Bundt pan (really old) had come to the end of its life, so I purchased the Silver Anniversary Bundt pan as a replacement. I was so excited to receive it, but unfortunately it had a very obvious fault on the inside of the pan. I emailed customer service on a Saturday, and got a reply on Monday, asking me to please send a picture of the pan.
    Once the customer service rep saw the picture, she immediately sent me a return label (no charge for shipping, which I appreciated) and placed an order for an identical pan to be sent to me. The new pan arrived via Priority Mail, how about that? A++ customer service.
    I absolutely love the new Bundt pan, and the handles make it much easier to flip the pan over without me worrying I’m going to drop it on the floor. My Bundt cakes are coming out beautifully, as well. You just can’t beat Nordic Ware for quality.
