1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. For the specific recipe included, fill the pan only 1/2 full. For other recipes, fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

These came out of the pan beautifully. It makes me sad that I am not a dab hand at decorating, but sprinkle a little confectioner sugar on while still warm. It sinks into the cake and creates a nice glaze, while not changing the look of the cakelette. Didn’t last long enough for anyone to care about professional decorating.

Look out Easter Bunny

I purchased this pan to use for a specific recipe but have used it with several others. Nordic Ware is a trusted brand and is a lovely addition to my 45-plus Bundt Pan collection.

I saw the autumn treats last fall in Phila, but I was moving so I didn’t buy it and regretted it. So I decided to find it and found it and many more goodies. I bought 2 pans for me and one for a gift. When I used the cakelet pan I was concerned about the cake releasing but I actually pulled them out with my fingers. Wow !! I’m using the pan to make dinosaur eggs for my twin grandson’s birthday party. The quality is fabulous and they were shipped quickly. Will take advantage of the sale promotion. I know these pans will last for the rest of my life.

I used this pan to prepare for Easter and as usual I love it- it bakes well and cleans up well- I love Nordic ware – made in the USA- always quality and ships quickly
