Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash in warm, soapy water.
Extended soaking of rack in water is not recommended.
Use a soft-bristled nylon or plastic scrub brush to clean your pan and rack.
Dishwasher use is not advised, as it will shorten the life of the nonstick coating on your pan and produce discoloration on exposed aluminum surfaces. However, this discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking.
Metal utensils and scouring pads will scratch both the pan and rack and are not recommended.
Nonstick rack and tray are oven-safe to 400° F (205° C).

I’ve used my tray often for roasting vegetables and cooking bacon. Both comes out great! Recently I used it to cook meat loaf. It came out perfectly!! I have purchased one for my sister. ☺️

This is the type of pan we use most frequently; too bad the rack is made in China.

Love my oven crisp baking tray. I never thought that keeping chicken out of the grease would make a difference but it does. My chicken comes out crispy and the mess is an easy cleanup too.

Love this, my husband got this for me for Christmas at my request as I’m trying to eat healthier, and this is an easy way to bake crispy chicken and veggies at the same time. I was worried about the no dishwasher preferred thing, but clean up was easy. Pan feels heavy and substantial like all Nordic Ware products and I love supporting American made products.

I just opened my package today with my new tray and grid in it. Without even using it, I love it, perfect fit and height for the grid placement. if your designers and manufacturers want to develop a half-sized pan and maybe a 9×9 inch. i will be the first one lined up to buy them
