1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not advised, as it will shorten the life of the nonstick on your pan and produce discoloration on exposed aluminum surfaces. However, this discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking.
3. Safe for use with nylon, wood, or silicone utensils. Metal utensils, sharp knives and scouring pads will scratch the nonstick on your pan and are not recommended.

These pans are really great. I’ve used them to roast vegetables several times and the food doesn’t stick. I used to have to use parchment paper or foil, but not any longer. The larger size makes it so I don’t have to use 2 pans.

Now I can make 18 cookies at a time using this large baking pan. It distributes the heat so that each cookie comes out evenly baked with slightly crisp outside and slightly soft centers. I used it to bake a doubled recipe of cornbread, then crumbled it and dried it in the oven for a couple of days: it held the entire amount so that I didn’t have to use 2 pans. It is sturdy and has not warped at all like some of the cheaper baking pans. I now use Nordicware exclusively because of their excellent, superior quality.

This is the second big pan I’ve ever purchased, the first one lasted 7 years!! I am always amazed by the nonstick surface and the amity to basically wipe clean.
