1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not advised, as discoloration will occur due to the cleaning agents used in automatic dishwasher detergent. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan.
3. Natural aluminum pans work well with parchment paper, silicone baking mats, and also traditional butter or shortening and flour methods. When roasting savory foods such as vegetables, butter or cooking oil work well.
4. Nylon, wood, or silicone utensils are recommended. Metal utensils and scouring pads may scratch natural aluminum pans, but will not affect baking performance.

Great item to have for prep or storage if you do a lot of cooking or catering. Stacks well and high sides give room for stirring items if needed. You won’t regret this…..

I have purchased three of these over time. Love mine and love gifting them. Have the cookie sheets with lids and this is even better.

I prepare a lunch for around 70 people once a month. Needed a sheet pan this size with a lid. Pans are great for baking desserts and tall enough to make large quantities of main courses as well like lasagna. The lids protect whatever I have prepared. Very glad I purchased, will be utilizing these pans for a long time to come.

I purchased two pans so that I could make a large crumb cake for family and office events and also make lasagne and/or ziti for family events. The depth of the pans allows it to hold enough of an entree to feed the whole family –20 people, and the depth also helps keep the crumb cake from losing crumbs in transit. I would definitely recommend this pan to everyone.

This pan made a perfect Greek spinach pie. The filo dough fit perfectly in the pan and the presentation was great and it was delicious. The cover is great and makes it neat when storing in the fridge. No more diposable pans and foil. Looking forward to more baking with this great product.
