USE INSTRUCTIONS

Pan and rack are oven-safe to 500° F (260° C). Safe for broiling.
Use of butter or oil will improve browning and release of foods.
Parchment paper may be used and makes cleanup simple.
Safe for use with nylon, wood, or silicone utensils and scrub brushes.
Metal utensils and cleaning brushes will scratch the surface of your pan and are not recommended; however, scratches do not change the cooking properties or safety or your pans, which are made to last a last a lifetime.

CARE FOR YOUR PANS

Naturals aluminum pans will develop a patina with time and use; to brighten them up, try scrubbing with lemon juice, vinegar, cream of tartar or baking soda.
Hand wash recommended with warm, soapy water.
Automatic dishwater use is not advised, as discoloration will occur from detergent reacting with aluminum. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan.
With certain foods and higher oven temperatures, the perforated rack may flex slightly during baking. This is normal and to be expected; the rack will return to its original shape as it cools.
