1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not advised, as discoloration will occur due to the cleaning agents used in automatic dishwasher detergent. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan.
3. Nylon, wood, or silicone utensils are recommended. Metal utensils and scouring pads may scratch natural aluminum pans, but will not affect baking performance.
4. Aluminum is reactive to acidic ingredients such as vinegar and tomato products. These foods may darken, pit or corrode the pan after prolonged use.
5. Always use oven mitts when handling a hot pan.
6. Safe for direct use on grill top too.

Nice heavy made sheet pans . The eight sheet pan is the perfect size for a 2 cup mix , biscuit or corn bread . The quarter sheet pan works better for the brownie mix that says 13 x 9 on the front of the box .

Perfect addition to the other sizes. Handy when cooking two different foods in the oven.

these pans are perfect for the air fryer. heat and eat. they clean up quickly and are good quality

I received this pan as a gift, it was part of a set. This pan is indispensable. It’s my Ride or Die. It’s not only perfect for smaller portions, and irreplaceable for prep work; whenever you need to put a frozen item, or a glass pan in the oven, it should go on a baking sheet. This one is the perfect size, and leaves plenty of room in a regular oven, to bake a separate side, or in our case, a separate item for my picky daughter. This pan will outlive me.

I love the size of this pan since I live by myself and when cooking vegetables it’s also easy to hand wash!

One of the best baking sheets I’ve used. And not just for baking. The eight sheet size is perfect for everyday kitchen task like holding the food I’m prepping or even as a trash space where I throw my scraps before they make it to the trash can. Honestly, I’ll probably end up buying a couple more just for convenience of use.

These are good but definitely need a matching optional wire rack for meat prep and in fridge use. I don’t understand why that is not available.

Wife ran 1/8th sheet alum. pan thru dishwasher came out looking stained? Normal?

These little 1/8th sheets are great, but have you considered making a cooling/baking rack for them?

I have about 8 of these and they are perfect for the two of us.
( bought mine at Walmart). Would love a silicone mat that would fit this size.

This 1/8 sheet aluminum pan/tray is in high demand in our house. From freezer, to mise-en-place tray, to oven, to serving it has performed flawlessly. In fact it was the most searched for item in my kitchen, and we would always locate it already in use somewhere. I decided to buy more but found it difficult to find them in the stores so I placed the order directly with N-W. They arrived very quickly. Can’t beat Nordic Ware exceptional quality and service.

Perfect size for fish fillets, chicken, twice baked potatoes and roasted vegetables for 2 people. I line with parchment and it still looks like new after using multiple times per week for several years.

I use this in an old toaster oven from my grandparents. It’s not quite as big as the old pan that was in there, but it fits great and I’ve used it almost daily since I received it. I’ve used it to reheat scones, blueberry muffins, and macaroons made with dates. I haven’t used any oil or cooking spray for these tasks, and was surprised that there wasn’t any sticking even with the macaroons. I accidentally used a brand new sponge with a scouring pad side without thinking and scratched the surface, so that was a bummer, but no scrubber has actually been needed. So far, it’s acted functionally as a nonstick pan. It keeps its shape due to the rolled edges, but water *does* get stuck in those rolls when washing, so don’t be surprised if you take it off the drying rack and get drips of water or hear water sloshing around. I heard water dripping out of it in the toaster oven one time. No big deal, but if you’re baking something really delicate, the extra moisture might have an effect.

Heavier weight than a previous purchase, holds the heat well. Pleased with the size and performance. Thank you to all the workers at Nordic Ware, stay safe!

This is the perfect pan to use in the toaster oven OR to toast some nuts or for smaller cooking projects. Also cooking for one or two people. I am also giving them to my grandchildren for cooking lessons. Your currently out of stock so please make more…

The pan is wonderful for baking cookies. The customer service was excellent and very prompt in answering my queries and shipping the pan so it made it in time or earlier. I only wish Nordicware made different sizes (eg, 10 by 10) for international customers because the home toaster ovens outside US don’t follow the American half, quarter or eighth size. My own oven came with a 10 by 10 inch tray which burns everything so I could only find this size which is a little too small but does the job really well. Hope you will come up with a size that slightly smaller than the quarter sheet but bigger than the eighth. Otherwise it performs really well.

Love this size when making 1 chicken breast. Wish I had more room would get more. They would be perfect to use instead of a plate when eating outside.
