Use & Care

1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not advised, as discoloration will occur due to the cleaning agents used in automatic dishwasher detergent. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan.
2. Natural aluminum pans work well with parchment paper, silicone baking mats, and also traditional butter or shortening and flour methods. When roasting savory foods such as vegetables, butter or cooking oil work well.
3. Nylon, wood, or silicone utensils are recommended. Metal utensils and scouring pads may scratch natural aluminum pans, but will not affect baking performance.
4. Aluminum is reactive to acidic ingredients such as vinegar and tomato products. These foods may darken,
pit or corrode the pan after prolonged use.

    Love these! Bakes food evenly, light weight.

    I bought six pans total, and the quality is quite high. The shipping, however, produced scratches, dents, and pits on two of the pans, and they are now in far worse shape than two cookie sheets that I got from my grandmother over forty years ago. I can sand out the scratches, and polish out the sanding marks, but I’m not a welder and I can’t fill the pits. If you can buy these pans in person, and verify that they are not damaged, you will likely be very happy with them. Before you buy them online, however, you should be aware that their “guarantee” does not cover damage caused by their own packing and shipping.

    I was introduced to NORDIC WARE years ago. I will continue to recommend and use NORIC WARE. NORDIC WARE manufactures quality products. They last and clean up is breeze but to make it even easier, use of parchment Paper. They form the perfect partnership. Some of my NORDIC WARE bake sheets and bunt pans are twenty (20) years old. These pieces look brand new. I love NORDIC WARE. Whenever I see NORDIC WARE on an item I am not concerned for I already know the quality is there.

    Several months ago I purchased one half sheet pan. I have enjoyed using it so much, I ordered this 3 pc Bakers Delight Set. I’m super pleased with my purchase.

    i got this set and the 1/8th sheet pan in early 2022 and I can’t remember anything I’ve bought for the kitchen that I’ve gotten more use out of. My wife bakes and I cook and so far neither of us has found anything we don’t like about these pans.

    very difficult if not impossible to get baked on food off these sheets. Being aluminum there are so many cleaning product that are not suitable. would welcome any advise.

    I purchased these pans to replace old aluminum pans in my kitchen. I love them, they are much heavier than my old ones.

    Got these to replace some really old and well used pans. This new set was exactly as advertised. High quality, sturdy, and easy to clean.

    Really happy with this product. It makes a big difference to the sheet pan dinner recipes I’ve been trying so I’m excited to get more adventurous. Wouldn’t usually order such things all the way from Ireland but couldn’t find anything of that quality closer to home. Still had a quick turn around for delivery and good customer service experience.

    I ordered this set for my son and daughter-in-law because I have been very pleased with the two large baking sheets I have used for several years.

    This is the perfect size assortment for my household of two, I haven’t needed anything bigger, which I was worried about when picking between this and the larger set. And these are EXCELLENT! The “no warp” claim is no joke– and I was tired of cleaning butter/olive oil off the inside of my oven from warping pans that would splatter and cook unevenly. Made some of the best-roasted cauliflower to date on these pans, and also a pan pizza! After the pizza I left to soak overnight– no rust, no mess, everything cleaned right off. I’m SO HAPPY with these pans!

    Superior cooking and roasting with these trays especially compared to what I had been using. Highly recommend!

    The construction is excellent, they are exceptionally sturdy and the rim is a convenient height. I’d had much lighter weight set for 20 years and these are sooooooo much better.
