Use & Care

1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is
not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

    what a darling little cake this makes for autumn. I make a pumpkin spice cake from Nordic recipes, cut it in half and fill it with maple marscapone filling and dust the top with powdered sugar and it is just beautiful and delicious. I brushed the inside of the pan with melted butter before adding the batter, then let the cake cool for 10 minutes in the pan and it came out super easily. I have several different Nordic bundt pans and LOVE each of them: they make stunningly beautiful cakes.

    I love this product and company. I fixed Zucchini Bread in this loaf pan. It turned out beautifully. The size is wonderful making a generous loaf. The detail is beautiful and the loaf is easy to get out of pan. An American family owned business and Made In America!!!     I have used this pan several times and used my own and Bodicware recipes. It always turns out domed so it won’t sit flat and it always cracks and breaks. How full (in cups) should it be filled? How do I avoid it splitting into pieces? It’s a beautiful pan but hasn’t performed well for me. I am a gone economist and a very experienced baker.

    Loved how this came out! I used the Pumpkin Spice Loaf recipe (had to bake 60 minutes) and it was perfect. Bakers Joy spray worked wonderfully and the loaf turned out of the pan clean as can be.

    regarding the dome that forms in baking & limits sitting flat on plate – most batters are pretty thick and I have found for any type of cake/ bread if I do not level the dough but rather build it up at outside edges and leave somewhat of a dip or trench in middle I do not get a high dome forming. Otherwise cut it off level with the top of pan calling the cut off the “reject” and enjoy it yourself !

    In a very short amount of time this pan has become one of my favorites. Its high quality ease of care and use are impossible to beat.

    Love this pan and love the recipe for the pumpkin bread…the one with the stick of butter. Couldn’t locate a good flour/oil spray so used Crisco generously and some Wondra flour and it worked perfectly. The bread came out beautifully. I also gave a pan to my sister-in-law as a gift; her mom used to work at Nordic Ware, and she loves it! The pumpkin bread is a nice smaller size and would make a lovely hostess gift as well. It’s delicious and beautiful!

    The detail comes out great, but the batter fills the pan quite completely so that when you unmold it and the top becomes the bottom, the sides sit up off the plate due to the swell of the loaf. I wish I could post a picture.

    The cast aluminum is my most favorite! Durable, long lasting, beautiful designs and made in the USA. This product is by far top quality and will last for generations to come.

    I have used this pan several times for Pumpkin Spice bread. I use non-stick spray and the pan cleans up very well. Makes a beautiful bread and impresses guests.

    As usual, the quality of Nordicware is always excellent. I love, love the Harvest Bounty Loaf pan. I have used it twice already. Just make sure to read the instructions. My pumpkin bread looked just like the picture. SOO CUTE!! The only complaint I have is it would be nice to have a hole in one of the handles so it would be easy to hang up, it is a pretty pan to display.

    I have another similar pan which makes individual cakelets, made by Nordic Ware which I love. So I wanted to try a loaf pan for Thanksgiving. I made Pumpkin Bread. Turned out beautiful. Pan was easy to use and washes up well. Suggestion, don’t over fill pan or you will end up with a rounded top, which becomes the bottom of your loaf. My boys didn’t care, loaf is gone. Sorry bread was gone before pictures.

I have many loaf pans of varying sizes and materials so I didn’t need another one but I fell in love with the fall food and pumpkin theme of the pattern on this loaf pan when I spotted it at the Goodwill store, paying only $4.20 for it! I have only used it once and the way the bread slid out of the pan with all of the detail still intact was amazing. I used a recipe I found on the Nordic Ware website for pumpkin pecan loaf which was not as spectacular to eat as it was to look at but certainty edible. I’ll be trying it with some of my own favorite recipes for Thanksgiving next week. I look forward to using this to bake fall treats for years to come. It’s also to pretty to be hiding in the cupboard so I plan to put it up b display for all to see!

    Worked well with the included recipe. Made several in a row. Just make sure to clean pan well after each use and use flour for non-stick! I wish I could post a photo showing my results!

    This is a nice heavy pan that gives the outside of the baked item a nice texture. It is non-stick and cleans easily. I bought one for a friend for Christmas. I have had dozens of compliments on my bread.

    I just got this pan, and used it right away, the end result was as beautiful as the pan itself, the loaf details are very distinct, I am going to display the pan when not in use , the quality is what I expected of nordic ware, love it!!!

    This may sound ridiculous, but can someone please tell me how to prevent the bottom of the loaf cake from being domed ? The top is beautiful! But is my only option to trim off the bottom to even it out and make it sit flat? Thanks for any help you experienced bakers can provide.

    I have made the pumpkin spice cake that is posted on this website and it bakes up like a dream in this pan. It fits perfectly, the details are clear after baking and the recipe is so good. It’s moist and when properly wrapped up, it remains moist as the day it was baked. The flavours are wonderful. I dusted the loaf cake with cinnamon sugar after baking and it’s so pretty that way. I recommend this cake and recipe.

    I used the Harvest loaf for the first time this morning and made a gluten-free pumpkin bread. It came out amazingly easy (that was my biggest concern) and really wowed my Bible Study! I have a reputation to maintain and this pan did not let me down!!!!! I look forward to using it several more times this year and for many, many years to come!!!

    I use this pan when I make banana nut bread to take to functions. Everyone loves the pretty loaves it makes!

    I purchased this pan for my son-in-law. We both make banana bread. I loved the look of it so much got one for myself. What a nice presentation for a delicious bread. Can’t wait to make my pumpkin bread too.

    The deep ridges of this pan allow for defined details in the pumpkins, easily releases after a 10min cool down while using baking spray w/flour. I made a pumpkin-pecan cake, garnished with simple powdered sugar, which highlighted the raised areas of the cake even more. I think this cake would look beautiful on a table, surrounded by nuts, cakelettes and cookies. A few decorative pine sprigs and pinecones scattered across the table, It can really wow your guests.

    Love this pan! The design is fabulous and makes for a festive fall/holiday. I bake and give as gifts to family and they love it! I am a beginner though all has gone perfectly so far!
