USE INSTRUCTIONS

Pan is oven-safe to 500° F (260° C). Safe for broiling. Lid is for storage only, NOT oven safe.
Lid is BPA and Melamine-free.
Use of butter or oil will improve browning and release of foods.
Parchment paper may be used and makes cleanup simple.
Safe for use with nylon, wood, or silicone utensils and scrub brushes.
Metal utensils and cleaning brushes will scratch the surface of your pan and are not recommended; however, scratches do not change the cooking properties or safety of your
pans, which are made to last a lifetime.

CARE FOR YOUR PANS

Natural aluminum pans will develop a patina with time and use; to brighten them up, try scrubbing with lemon juice, vinegar, cream of tartar or baking soda.
Hand wash recommended with warm, soapy water.
Automatic dishwasher use is not advised, as discoloration will occur from detergent reacting with aluminum. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan.

I am a cookie decorator. When I have very detailed or printed cookies, this pan and lid are perfect for storing my cookies safely! I love how they stack and don’t take up space!

I thought the pan would be more heavy than it is and the lid barely secures. A bit disappointed

I got this pan and lid to proof croissants overnight on the counter, and they’re perfect! The height under the lid is just enough, they fit securely on the pans, and stack easily to store.
