Use & Care

1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, wash with warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly.
2. Use a mild dish soap if necessary.
3. Do not expose directly to open flame.
4. Oven safe to 450°F. Best stored flat or rolled. Do not cut on mat.
5. Do not use under the broiler.

    I used this mat to make my first blossom cookies. There was absolutely no stick! I used parchment paper on the other pan and had a slight stick. This mat is wonderful!!!

    This silicone baking mat is exactly as advertised. It fits perfectly on any Nordic half baking sheets, which I bought with the mat. While using, I had no issues with cookies sticking. Even after washing with soap and water in between sessions, the mat still worked great. Be mindful that when using the silicone mat you will add 2-3 extra minutes of baking time.
