The uncoated aluminum Multi Task Rack provides a raised cooking surface that allows air to circulate around food for roasting and crisping. Butter or oil can be applied to the rack to improve browning and food release when needed.

The Brilliant Half Sheet Pan features a brilliant blue exterior and misty gray nonstick interior for a coordinated look. Its standard half sheet size provides ample space for larger batches of cookies, roasted vegetables, sheet pan meals, and meal prep. The Multi Task Rack features a grid pattern with diagonal stiffening ribs, angled sides, and cutout corners for easy lifting and handling. Used together, the rack fits inside the Half Sheet Pan to create an elevated cooking surface.

Versatility

Use the Half Sheet Pan and Multi Task Rack together or separately for baking, roasting, crisping, broiling, and cooling. Place the rack inside the pan to elevate vegetables, meats, and other foods for improved airflow during roasting and crisping. Use the rack separately as a cooling rack for cookies, cakes, breads, and other baked goods. Parchment paper can also be used on the rack when appropriate to help with cleanup.

Care Instructions

The Half Sheet Pan is oven safe to 425 degrees Fahrenheit, while the Multi Task Rack is oven safe to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and safe for broiling. Hand washing both pieces with warm, soapy water is recommended. Butter or oil can be used on the uncoated aluminum rack to improve browning and food release, and parchment paper may be used for easier cleanup. Avoid metal utensils, and abrasive cleaners.
