Made from pure aluminum, the pan distributes heat evenly across its large baking surface for consistent baking and browning. The standard half sheet size provides ample room for cookies, pastries, roasted vegetables, sheet pan dinners, and meal prep. A steel rim helps resist warping and maintain the pan shape through regular use.

The silicone nonstick surface helps foods release easily from the baking pan while simplifying cleanup. Storage and Transport

The included lid is made from BPA free, Melamine free polypropylene plastic and fits securely over the cooled half sheet pan. Use the lid to cover baked goods, prepared foods, leftovers, and meal prep for convenient storage and transport. The covered pan makes it possible to move food without transferring it to a separate storage container. The lid is not oven safe and should only be placed on a fully cooled pan.

Care Instructions

The half sheet pan is oven safe up to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Hand washing is recommended for both pieces to help preserve the nonstick coating and finish. Avoid metal utensils, scouring pads, and abrasive cleaners on the nonstick surface. The storage lid is suitable for top rack dishwasher cleaning and should not be used in the oven.
