Hand wash with warm soapy water. Scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.
We recommend silicone, nylon and wooden utensils for use with this pan to protect the nonstick surface. Metal utensils can damage the nonstick.
Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it will diminish the release properties of the nonstick coating with time
Use moderate heat to obtain the most effective heating properties. Excessive heat can be damaging to the pan and stovetop.
Never allow cookware to boil dry or leave an empty pan on a hot burner unattended. Pan is for stovetop
and oven use.
Always use adequate ventilation when cooking.
While not necessary, cooking with butter or oil will improve performance and taste of food.
Safe to use on gas, electric and ceramic stovetops.

I bought two of the Basalt 10″ skillets. These are great pans. Love them especially for making eggs as truly no sticking. And I appreciate that they are made in the US without PFAS, PTFE or PFOA. Next purchase will be a 12″ skillet.

This nonstick skillet is phenomenal! Whatever is left over after cooking you can literally wipe out with paper towel and then easily clean. Even burnt on cheese isn’t really burnt on. Wipes right out! It’s amazing!

So far the pan is working well. My only disappointment is that “Made in America” was only on the label and not stamped on the pan.

Love this pan! We purchased the griddle first, when looking for safer alternatives to non-stick pans. This is the perfect size pan for scrambled eggs and it is very easy to clean. We love using this pan and the griddle for easy breakfasts at home of scrambled eggs and pancakes! We also love that these pans are made in the USA!! It feels nice and sturdy and nothing sticks. We got the stainless lid to go with it and both work great. Shipping was super fast, which was a nice benefit of buying directly from the website.

I bought the 10” and 12” and use these nearly every day. I tried the “green” type and it lasted 1 month then everything stuck. These will last a LONG time I can see from the quality. I have bought from Nordicware before and they are my favorite. Best you can buy!!! And made in the USA!!! Thank you!
