1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is
not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

Hooray, This works perfectly! We had leftover batter that we were using in the 75th anniversary bundt pan and I just happened to have this Autumn Cakelets Pan that arrived (today!). This was actually a sponge batter so I was a little apprehensive on how well it would take on the shape. It worked beautifully! Of course, we did overfill the pan a little for the first time but it honestly wasn’t bad at all. They came out easily when I brushed them with butter with our silicon brush. We actually had better results with that than the spray. A+ I can’t wait to purchase more!

I made a small batch of creamed corn cornbread muffins for Thanksgiving dinner and everyone loved the Autumn Delights shapes for our cornbread bites.

This is a Harvest Joy for me ! I use this pan every year for cornbread at Thanksgiving. I also use it for when the kids go camping I bake a 2 big batch of cornbread mini muffins for the everyone to snack on as part of breakfast. It is a fall must for me…Ushers in the Autumnal feelings.

I fell in love with this cakelet pan at first sight. I had to buy it right away, and I not regret! The quality is amazing. I brushed each shape with a little bit of oil and added a thin layer of flour. They just fell off the pan! My husband who usually never say anything complimented me on the end result. The customer service was very helpful and friendly and the packaging, so cute! Definitively a great gift idea for fall lovers/nature lovers out there.

I baked a small batch of cornbread in this pan to go with some chili I had made. They turned out delightful and were definitely the WOW at the dinner table.

I’ve been able to use this adorable baking pan only once, but the end result was great. My cakelets baked perfectly and came out of the pan easily.

I ordered this cakelets pan to make ‘takeaway? baggies for my daughters wedding , using a pumpkin bread recipe. The pans worked wonderful and the cakelets came out exactly as pictured. Tip: Brushing each shape with melted butter before filling, worked best.

I bought this pan to make cornbread because I like really crunchy cornbread. This pan makes some of the crunchiest corn bread I have ever had. The snack size pieces are a nice size to either snack on or have with a stew or bowl of soup .

Not only is this an adorable pan, it is a breeze to use & produces a lovely finished product. Have baked muffins & cupcakes and both recipes have released from the pan beautifully (just follow the instructions for use.)

Each mold is very detailed. From past purchases of Nordic Ware cakelet pans, I can tell the Autumn Delights pan will produce beautifully detailed cakelets that are also fun to serve and eat.
