1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating on your pan.
3. Before each use, brush with solid vegetable shortening and dust with flour or cocoa, or use baking spray with flour in it.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

For the price, the Pan was thinner and lighter than expected. Would have preferred a heavier weight to it.

This little pan is just the perfect size for church Bake Sales. It’s great for elderly who just need a little sweetness to add to their day! Love it!!

I use this in my 3qt Duo Instant Pot! Most recipes are written for a 6qt IP, so I bought 2 of these and just make 2 batches! I’ve made meatloaf and crustless crab quiche in these and they are fantastic. The food releases great– I just swipe with some coconut oil before filling.

Bought a couple in order to make cakes while camping. they will bake inside my Dutch oven with a baking rig and come out perfectly. I am going to use them in a toaster oven for cakes for work as well

These are great pans! The first time I found them was at a cooking store that is no more! Hunted for them and found @ Nordic Ware! Thanks so much ! They are also just right for 3 small cakes serving about 4- lovely small gifts to bring for a hostess or small family! Very easy maintenance, too- ordered more for a good supply of yummy presents!

We are a family of 2 now with one elderly parent per side so down-sizing cooking is the new reality. It is strawberry season here and I adjusted a shortcake recipe for my 2 baby bundt pans. They popped out great with a tender crust. I love them. They are perfect for a small treat and just the right size to share for a small household to enjoy!

I feel lucky to have found these 3-cup bundt pans at a Christmas Eve party. I purchased three, the first at a chain fabric-store where I was told that this was a seasonal item and would not be reordered at this time. Since I (correctly) believed that one package of cake mix uses two of these little pans, I ordered two more on-line. They are lightweight, heat evenly, produce an interesting design and are fairly easy to clean. I have also used these for a mini-meatloaf (stuffed with cheese) with great results. The feature I like most is their size. I hope Nordic Ware expands their line of mini-baking pans. Really cute!

I’ve been cooking for over 40 years, and I’m picky about the pans I use. These little 3 cup bundt pans are some of the best I’ve ever used–no, they ARE the BEST I’ve ever used. They have even heating, release easily, and create the cutest cakes ever. After purchasing 2 and using them, I bought 6 more–yes, that’s EIGHT of them total. I plan to buy more to give as gifts. I also purchased 2 of the 6 cup and may buy 2 more. Nordic Ware does a terrific job with its products.
