    I’ve gone too long without one of these! I cook eggs several times a week, usually fried, but sometimes they pop and spatter in the butter. I’ll still be startled by the sound they make but at least I’ll no longer get hit with hot butter flying out of the pan! I’ll also probably feel a bit more adventurous with my cooking now that I have this cover.
