Construction

Made from durable nonstick steel with a nonstick silicone coating, the Nordic Ware Extra Large Baking and Cooling Grid provides a sturdy, stable surface for baking, roasting, and cooling. Its strong construction is designed to resist warping under high heat and maintain its shape during everyday use, even when holding larger batches of food.

Nonstick Performance

The open grid design allows hot air to circulate around food for even cooking and cooling. Ideal for roasting vegetables, crisping bacon, baking pizza, or cooling cookies, cakes, muffins, and pastries, the elevated surface promotes airflow for crisp results. The nonstick silicone coating supports easy food release and simplifies cleanup.

Design

The extra large rectangular shape accommodates larger quantities and fits perfectly inside our Nordic Ware Big Sheet for a convenient baking and roasting setup. Use the grid in the oven or on the countertop for a variety of cooking and cooling tasks, making it a versatile addition to your kitchen.

Care Instructions

Oven safe up to 425 F. We recommend hand washing to help preserve the nonstick finish. Avoid metal utensils and abrasive cleaners that may damage the coating. Allow the grid to cool before cleaning.
