Use & Care

1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating on your pan.
3. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.
4. Pan is safe to 400° F (205° C). 5. Always use oven mitts to handle a hot pan.

    I love this pan so much I ordered a second one. I don’t use it for cakes. I use it for regular baking of meat, casseroles and lasagna. No complaints.

    As much as I wanted to love this pan (because I love NordicWare) it was a complete fail. The textured bottom made some items hard to get out. But that wasn’t the worst. The pretty champagne colored coating scratched easily, even with wooden utensils. The actual coating started coming off. This pan has only been hand washed as I don’t own a dishwasher. I try to take very good care of my cook/bake ware so I was surprised that this pan started to bite the dust after about 3 months. From that point on, I lined my pan with parchment because it was affecting the taste of my food. 10 months in, I had to use the warranty on it because the coating was coming off so badly. I would not recommend this pan AT ALL.
