1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not advised, as discoloration will occur due to the cleaning agents used in automatic dishwasher detergent. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan.
3. Natural aluminum pans work well with parchment paper, silicone baking mats, and also traditional butter or shortening and flour methods. When roasting savory foods such as vegetables, butter or cooking oil work well.
4. Nylon, wood, or silicone utensils are recommended. Metal utensils and scouring pads may scratch natural aluminum pans, but will not affect baking performance.

Size is so versatile for baking my 6? sheet cakes, small batch cookies, rolls, vegetables or roasting nuts, or use as a prepping sheet. It cleans super well and has a good weight to it. There has been no issues with warp under high heat (400+), and been overall a solid purchase. I am building up a new kitchen and don’t enjoy using trays that come standard with the oven. I got this with the half-sheet & grid set, and I feel these 3 items are all I really need. When I don’t want to bust out the large tray, this one is so light and sturdy for smaller jobs. My only tiny thing is that the metal has a very nice rolled edge, but not sealed closed underneath, it just curls over- HOWEVER I’ve had no issues with thing getting stuck in there. I wasn’t sure about the prism ridges at first, but since I use parchment paper majority of the time, I quite like it, and when roasting potatoes/vegetables it works quite nicely.

I roast a LOT of vegetables and this pan never fails. I do not use coated (Teflon) pans of any kind. This item is so easy to clean……you can just wipe it out with a paper towel.

Everything I have ever purchased that is Nordic Ware is still in my kitchen and being put to good use. I needed pans for roasting fish and vegetables that were smaller than ones I had. This pan is perfect and I love the ridges in the bottom. It is brand new but I know it will be used for many years.
