1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

I love this pan! I have used it for little cakes and I have used it for a chocolate mold used white chocolate and some food coloring to make autumn leaves and the pumpkins, two types of chocolate for the turkey and acorn. It was a big hit.

Beautiful molds of acorn, turkey, maple leaf, and pumpkin. Pumpkin recipe supplied with pan made delicious little cakes, but lighter colored madeleines came out showing the molds better. I recommend providing a lighter color batter, as illustrated on the packaging, to showcase these molds. If the mold holds up for a long time, then I will give it an “exceptional” rating.

Great quality as you would expect from NordicWare!! The caviities are smaller than a regular cupcake but bigger than a mini. Perfect for pumpkin recipes,for example, with cream filling! Yummy!
