Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces

This is a beautiful pan and my finished products are so pretty! I’ve used it three times since my purchase last week.
Per instructions, I butter my pan before each use and have zero issues with easy release from the pan.
The only thing that’s surprised me is how fast my quick breads bake. It’s been a bit more than HALF the time.
So my advice is to check for doneness at the half way mark of baking time.

This is my favorite braid design and first loaf pan (bought silver version elsewhere). I have the Naturals loaf pan, and this one adds a simple classic touch. I plan on using this pan for holidays. Thank you for such wonderful products made in the USA.

I love this pretty little loaf pan. I made a pound cake today and it came out beautifully. I love all of my Nordic Ware pans and I always have great results. I used the recipe that came with the pan, only I omitted the “double chocolate” ingredients, my husband is not a fan! Shocking!! I will make the chocolate recipe next time. It is a perfect size for just 2 people or as a gift for friends. A+++++
