The pan is made from pure aluminum for even heat distribution and consistent baking and browning. A steel rim helps resist warping and maintain the pan shape through regular use. The 9 x 13 inch size provides ample room for brownies, cakes, dessert bars, casseroles, lasagna, and other baked dishes.

Storage and Transport

The included lid is made from food safe, melamine free polypropylene plastic and fits securely over the cooled pan. Use the lid to cover baked goods, casseroles, leftovers, and other prepared foods for storage and transport. The covered pan makes it convenient to move food without transferring it to a separate container. The lid is not oven safe and should only be placed on a fully cooled pan.

Care Instructions

The baking pan is oven safe up to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Hand washing is recommended for both pieces to help preserve the nonstick coating and finish. Avoid metal utensils, scouring pads, and abrasive cleaners on the nonstick surface. The storage lid is suitable for top rack dishwasher cleaning and should not be used in the oven.
