The Nordic Ware Brilliant Bakeware Big Sheet Pan Set includes one Big Sheet Pan and one Extra Large Baking and Cooling Grid. The Big Sheet Pan is made from pure aluminum for even heat distribution across its spacious baking surface. The Extra Large Baking and Cooling Grid features a nonstick finish and fits inside the pan to provide a raised surface for roasting, crisping, and cooling baked goods. Together, the two pieces create a versatile baking and roasting setup.

Nonstick Performance

The silicone nonstick surface on the Big Sheet Pan and the nonstick finish on the baking grid help foods release easily and simplify cleanup. The Big Sheet Pan and Extra Large Grid are oven safe up to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.  Hand washing is recommended for both pieces to help preserve their finishes. Avoid metal utensils, scouring pads, and abrasive cleaners on nonstick surfaces.
