Use & Care

1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating on your pan.
3. Before each use, brush with solid vegetable shortening and dust with flour or cocoa, or use baking spray with flour in it.
4. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than ¾ full to avoid overflow.
5. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

    I decided to treat myself to this beautifully designed winter themed shortbread pan. I love bringing shortbread to fall/winter/holiday gatherings, and I’ve already made and gifted several times so far. Both regular and grain free shortbread recipes release so easily from this pan. I love the care this company puts into their packaging as I have ordered several times over the years. I’ve gifted their products to newlyweds and new homeowners. The quality of Nordicware is amazing. I love this pan!

    I’ve baked cookies several times in this pan and love it!

    I used the shortbread recipe provide with the pan and followed all use and care instructions exactly. The shortbread came out of the pan easily showing all of the detail. I was able to cut it easily into sections. And wow, the taste and texture of the shortbread was fantastic. Great experience making the shortbread and extremely happy with the result.

    I LOVE to bake goodies. There is nothing to warm a house better than the smell of something baking in the oven. I received this scone pan and promptly made 2 batches of scones, which came out wonderfully! The first definitely did not make it to the office, and the second is in jeopardy! The pan heated evenly and lent a nice brown crust to the scone. I used the recipe on the packaging. I have had a bundt pan from Nordicware that has never failed to produce a wonderfully baked cake that lifts out with no issues and cleans up well. I really like this line of baking products and highly recommend them to others. I have not yet used the cookie presses…soon, very soon.

    It was difficult to prepare the pan with butter and I was afraid that the shortbread would never come out properly. On the contrary, the shortbread comes out very easily and the shapes designed are highly defined. Can’t wait to use it again and again.

    I gave this to my daughter-in-law, who is a professional chef and baker who specializes in gluten-free baking, and she loves it. She said after greasing and flouring the mold, the shortbread slipped out perfectly. And this was a shortbread made with coconut flour, so she was really pleased.
