Apple, Chevre & Prosciutto Flatbread

Easy dinner recipe: Apple, Chevre & Prosciutto Flatbreads freshly baked on our Prism Baking Sheet.
- 4 prebaked naan, pita or flatbread rounds
- Olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and halved
- 1 apple, quartered and thinly sliced (skin on)
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 8 slices prosciutto
- Fresh rosemary
- 4 oz fresh Goat cheese
- 2 Tbsp honey
- Sea salt
Preheat oven to 425°F. Place 4 flatbread rounds on a Prism Big Sheet. Rub dry bread with sliced garlic cloves. Brush bread with olive oil and top each with sliced apple, onion and prosciutto. Add dollops of goat cheese and fresh rosemary (to taste, approx. 1 tsp per flatbread). Bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy and cheese is softened. Garnish with a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of sea salt, and serve immediately.
