Cinnamon Spice Baked Apple Chips

A healthy snack idea to pack in kids' lunches or bring to work, these Cinnamon Spiced Baked Apple Chips are easy to make and full of your favorite fall flavors.

  • Ingredients
    • 2 apples, sliced 1/8” with mandolin slicer
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
    • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
    • 1 tsp curry powder
    • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Directions

      Preheat oven to 200° F. Slice apples 1/8” thin with a mandolin. In a small bowl, combine the sugar, spices, and apples until thoroughly combined. Place the coated apple slices on the racks of 2 Oven Baking Pans (or place 2 oven safe cooling racks inside 2 standard baking sheets). Make sure apples are not overlapping and are in a single layer. Bake the apples for 1 hour. Flip apples on the rack and bake for another hour. When apples are ready, turn the oven off and let the apples completely cool in the oven
