Use & Care

1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

    I really recommend this loaf pan, the cake comes out clean and perfect. The pumpkin pecan loaf cake recipe was perfect for this pan. The details come through very good and it’s a joy everytime you see the results! Size is comparable with a normal loaf pan, will get you plenty of cake to spoil your family!

    This is a great loaf pan. I made a loaf of pumpkin bread yesterday. It turned out nicely. Baking is so much more fun with the Nordic pans.

    This pan is great. So far I have made 8 loafs with it using the cornbread recipe that came with it. I made the loafs for the boys camp I work for. We had a big Thanksgiving dinner for them. And the cornbread was not only enjoyed by all. There were many comments on the beauty of the bread. Today I will use it for my family. I hope to buy a second or third pan just like it for next year. So I can make multiple loafs at one time. And I also look forward to purchasing many more pans.

    Love this pan! I made pumpkin bread in it immediately upon receiving it. The bread baked perfectly (actually better than in my plain bread pan), It came out of the pan without additional coaxing. The loaf had beautiful detailing which my husband even commented on! So happy I bought this pan! It’s going to be a beautiful element of my holiday baking!

    This is a nice heavy pan that gives the outside of the baked item a nice texture. It is non-stick and cleans easily. Not to mention your cakes and breads will be too pretty to eat… almost.

    This loaf pan has a beautiful scalloped edge design surrounding a beautifully detailed pumpkin and wheat sheave design. I will use this pan very frequently during the Autumn months!

    My granddaughter and I used this last holiday season to bake a gingerbread. The bread easily came out of the pan. All the pumpkins and sheaves of wheat remained totally intact. It made an impressive display.

    Love all your products. I never rate anything but your products are so pretty and such high quality. I never have any problem with cooking evenly or releasing from pan. Other than baking I use them for jello molds.
