Hand wash with warm soapy water. Scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.
We recommend silicone, nylon, and wooden utensils for use with this pan to protect the nonstick surface. Metal utensils can damage the nonstick.
Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it will diminish the release properties of the nonstick coating with time.
Use moderate heat to obtain the most effective heating properties. Excessive heat can be damaging to the pan and stovetop.
Never allow cookware to boil dry or leave an empty pan on a hot burner unattended.
Always use adequate ventilation when cooking.
While not necessary, cooking with butter or oil will improve the performance and taste of food.

This pan is a nice size to cook meals for two people and cleans up easily. You only need a small amount of OV to cook and the pan heats up nicely. The pan has a little weight to it so it does not feel flimsy. Big plus, made in USA.

Excellent size for a family of 2-4. The reason I picked instead of Basalt is the spout.

I like this pan! It works on my induction stovetop and the nonstick ceramic is a dream. It’s lightweight and I’m not really sure how thick the coating is, but so far it’s been great. For the price, the fact it’s made in USA, and four months in the performance has been better than expected, I would highly recommend.
