Hand wash with warm soapy water. Scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.
We recommend silicone, nylon, and wooden utensils for use with this pan to protect the nonstick surface. Metal utensils can damage the nonstick.
Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it will diminish the release properties of the nonstick coating with time.
Use moderate heat to obtain the most effective heating properties. Excessive heat can be damaging to the pan and stovetop.
Never allow cookware to boil dry or leave an empty pan on a hot burner unattended.
Always use adequate ventilation when cooking.
While not necessary, cooking with butter or oil will improve the performance and taste of food.
Safe to use on gas, electric and induction stovetops.

We love our two skillets! We purchased the 12” ceramic ones and we love the larger size.
One evening we decided to have breakfast for supper so we made one of the biggest omelets we have ever cooked. Had enuf leftovers for two days. Perfect, cause when our son in law eats, he can consume enuf for three grown men, or at least two. So we can feel confident that our big skillet is gonna make enough for the four of us.
So easy to clean!!!
We love them and hope over time they will hold up to our cooking and cleaning. We never put pots and pans in the dishwasher, so I expect a lot of good cooking out of these pans.

We have been using the pan for only a few weeks, and so far it is the best pan we have used to date in terms of non stick. I love the look and simplicity of design. The ceramic coating looks as though it will last, but need to have it at least a year to know for sure. The lid is very simple, clean looking and light weight. I can see it getting damaged easily. There are several manufacturing blemishes in the finish of the lid, but I kinda appreciate it because it reminds me it people actually made these and had their hands on it. Overall seems to be a solid made in the USA product and I can’t wait to see how it ages.
