Use & Care

1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating on your pan.
3. Before each use, brush with solid vegetable shortening and dust with flour or cocoa, or use baking spray with flour in it.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

    I owned this baking pan a long time ago and absolutely loved it. It got lost in a move and I am absolutely extatic that I was able to reorder it from the States and that Nordic ware was able to ship to Germany. You all made my day.

    My pan is probably over 40 years old. Since this cake is a family favorite, I have used the pan a lot over the years. My son takes the cake into work sometimes and his coworkers think his mother is a genius. They are so impressed over the design. Someone is always impressed over the appearance of this cake. Would recommend this to anyone who makes pineapple upside down cake.

    The cake was exceptional–texture, appearance–only recipe for pineapple upsidedown cake that has worked for me–then I misplaced the recipe–HELP!!!

    This is a great pan. My guests always love having their own individual pineapple upside down cake.

    Although this pan is lighter than some of my others it gets the job done beautifully! I love it!!
