1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not advised, as discoloration will occur due to the cleaning agents used in automatic dishwasher detergent. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan.
3. Natural aluminum pans work well with parchment paper, silicone baking mats, and also traditional butter or shortening and flour methods. When roasting savory foods such as vegetables, butter or cooking oil work well.
4. Nylon, wood, or silicone utensils are recommended. Metal utensils and scouring pads may scratch natural aluminum pans, but will not affect baking performance.

I bought the jelly roll pan to fit in my Breville toaster oven and Air Fryer because someone that was reviewing that oven said that the jelly roll pan from Nordic ware fit into the oven with space around it for air to circulate, and they were right. I have several Nordic Ware sheet pans and I love them. They are a cinch to clean unlike any other pan that I own. I love them and have bought some for my daughter and husband who likes to cook.

If you have a standard home oven, this fits perfectly with about an inch of space on the side and front. The pan is great to use because it does not warp when it heats up

My oven is slightly smaller than standard – 2 of these pans fit side by side neatly. The quality is top notch.

Hard to still find made in USA pans. This is a well-made, easy-to-clean pan suitable for daily use. I use with silicone baking liners and cleanup is a breeze. These are not too heavy nor light. Highly recommended. Fast shipping as well.

I got this pan for my birthday after years of watching both my grandma, dad and mom use them. There’s a reason they had this in their cabinet! It distributes heat very well and everything I’ve cooked on it has come out great. I use it to roast vegetables and it’s great.

I have 4 of these pans, 2 large and 2 smaller size and I continuously use these pans weekly. I have a cooking show on YouTube and use these pans in the videos. I use them for anything from Cinnamon Rolls, Kolaches, to cookies and everything else I need to use them for. I have thoroughly enjoyed these pans and they have consistently given great results!!!! This is a great pan, but I have many bar recipes passed down from my grandma that require this size pan, that adding a matching lid would be an awesome addition to this pan.

why can’t I find a true jelly roll pan with a lid? I know a few people who would love to have one. A lot of recipes call for a jelly roll pan and having a lid would make it easier to take places. Please make one!!!!

I use these pans for everything from cookies to pizza and I love them. Easy to clean and wonderful to use.

I think they should make a cover for this pan because it is used to make bars and it would be nice to have a lid to make it easier to take with you when needed.
