Use & Care

1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Not recommended for dishwasher use, as discoloration will occur but will not affect baking properties.
2. Season pan with a solid or spray vegetable shortening before each baking use or line with parchment paper.
3. Scouring pads and metal utensils may scratch pan, but will not affect baking performance.
4. Aluminum is reactive to the acids in certain foods such as vinegar and tomato products which may darken, pit or corrode the pan.
5. Lid is for storage use only.

    Absolutely LOVE this pan! Just what I have been looking for. My crust is perfect now. And the cover makes it even better.

    This is a terrific pie pan. It is deep, heavy-weight, and my apple pie turned out perfect. The cover is great and the pan nests inside it well for storage.

    I’m loving this new pie pan. The larger size is convenient so there’s no more running over the edge. I haven’t had anything stick, so clean up is a breeze. I also am happy with the snap on lid.

    Great Product. I love Nordicware products. I have used these for years and I am never disappointed.

    Just used this pan for the very first time to bake a pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving and it came out great! Made my own all-butter pie crust and it baked evenly all around. Planning to use again soon and test it out with one of the Nordicware 12? lattice pie top cutters.

    Also love the high dome cover which will be very handy for taller pies.

    When I moved from the East to the Mid-West I had a terrible time with my bottom crust becoming soggy which I never experienced in the East. I bought two Nordic pie pans and voila, no more problems! I also love the larger size with the cover. The pan has a robust weight. Just an overall excellent pan and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend.

    I was so happy to find a pie plate with cover that’s reasonably sized to fit in frig. I make a pie at least once a month, and it takes us a week or so to eat all of it, so it needs to be refrigerated. The pie plate is very sturdy. Thank you!! I love it!!!

    Excellent quality pie pan. Pleasingly sturdy. The first pie we made in the pan was evenly baked and we look forward to subsequent uses. It will most certainly last decades.

    I looked high and low for a quality pie pan and after a friend and fellow baker pointed me in the Nordic Ware direction, I knew my search had come to an end. Amazing workmanship and quality, and a delight to use.

    Recently I purchased Nordic Baking ware after extensive research by other professionals on which is the best Bubsy Pan. Every article read pointed me toward this product!
