1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand
wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is
not recommended.
2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and
dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray
containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular
cooking spray.
3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more
than 3/4 full to avoid overflow.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners
should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

Love these pans. They are lovely to look at and the make great little bites for my hummingbird cake recipe. Just make sure you butter them well. Best to have two or more for recipes that make a lot as cleaning after initial batch May take some time of you don’t butter well enough. Friends love bite sized treats like these especially with a little glaze on the top or sometimes I just dip them in frosting with some pecan sprinkler- still cute

I have 3 of the mini Bundt pans and use the recipe that came with them for Brownie Cheeseccakes. These are requested when I bring baked goods to an event. The recipe came with the pans. I add 6 choclate chips over the chocolate before I add the cheesecake mixture. When these are cooled, I drizzle Baker’s Seimi-Sweet chocolate over them. Delicious. I also bake banana bead, pumpkin bread and other nut breads in them. I started with only one pan, but then bought a second, and then the third pan. Fancy way to eat banana bread too!

I received this as a gift for Christmas and was so excited to use it! I decided to make mini blueberry coffee cakes. I used the pan according to the instructions and the coating got stained by the blueberries! Usually, I love Nordic Ware products, but I’m very disappointed in this one!
