Use & Care

1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
2. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the nonstick coating on your pan.
3. Before each use, brush with solid vegetable shortening and dust with flour or cocoa, or use baking spray with flour in it.
4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.

    I love the shape of the pan and made the almond cake. Between the shape of the pan and the cake, I felt like a pro chef! I made sure I sprayed a heavy layer of flour spray and the cake came out cleanly.

    If you are having trouble getting the almond cake out of the pan, try margarine instead of butter. Works every time! I don’t use margarine for anything else but it was perfect for this lovely cake! Also, I’ve had mine (3 of them actually) for years and they’ve never discolored. I always hand wash them as soon as they are cool.

    The pan makes a beautiful cornbread loaf. It is a beautiful pan.

    Everyone should be advised that this is very thin aluminum pan and it feels flimsy to touch. It got stained immediately and the stains can’t come off. I wouldn’t recommend and I personally wouldn’t buy it if I knew it’s not heavy type pan

    I an having trouble with cake sticking to the pan. Almost impossible to release. I followed the recipe directions

    This pan makes a lovely cake. Not too big and the ridges are a perfect serving guide. The almond cake recipe that comes with is deliciously moist and rich, I also made a lemon version we loved, so good. You will need to place the cake pan on a cookie sheet in the oven to bake.

    Made the almond cake recipe in my new pan and got rave reviews.
